BHI (Baker & Huges) is an oilfield services company delivering focused efforts on shale gas and
other oilfield services. A top-tier oilfield service company delivers solutions that help oil and gas
operators make the most of their reservoirs.

 

Requirement

To design the application for web & iPAD for BHI executives to browse the profiles of identified
top talents within the company. The app would be used by BHI top executives during event in
Brussels on 18th Sep 2011.

Focus on User Experience of TalentBook app on the device. The User Interface would be
integrated with existing back end Talent Exchange server

 

Scope

User experience presentation for client demo and the Visual Designs for the final approved
wireframe.

Approach & Delivery

Analyzing and understanding the flow of application was done through discussions with the
onsite team.

Creating user interface design considering the different user mental model and the B&H group
branding .

Options for visual design was provided.

Prioritizing the screens, UX presentation, Visual Design and sliced images, dimensions, were
provided to project team, deliverables were done as committed.

Review of the developed app.
